co-employment. TOTALL becomes the Employer of Record for your remote and international staff and TOTALL is
responsible for payroll administration, government compliance, benefits payments, local HR support and
government required health coverage administration.

Our client remains to be the ‘Site Manager’ of these employees and retains day-to-day controls and direction of
the employees in each PEO location. Cost to clients is by each employee, so it is variable and scalable and you can
access experienced infrastructure and HR expertise.

team whereas TOTALL manages your administration needs, payroll, and expense management locally.
